ResLog - Test system for current-carrying capacity and reliability tests

For a high quality product life tests are essential. For this purpose the printed circuit board industry has developed a temperature cycling test which is able to check  the cycles-ability of circuit board material.
Using the measured change in resistance it is possible to get a qualitative statement about any existing errors, due to aging in interconnect structures.

This measuring system was developed to conduct testsby recommendation of the Association of PCB Industry.
