PinTester

The pintester is a complete test system designed specifically for the semiconductor industry. The main purpose of this test sytem is the efficient execution of test plans to verify chip designs, for use in failure analysis and functional testing.  The modular design of the system provides customers with the flexibility needed in order to adapt to future technologies.

The system is controlled by a innovative software  consisting of multiple program modules. The software allows setting up complex test planes with a user friendly interface.
