Why can't I login?

There are several reasons why this may occur. Is your user name and password correctly? If you are sure, please contact the support to verify that you have not been locked. It is also possible that the website has a configuration error. In this case, please contact support.

Why should I register?

You don't need to register. But as a registered user, you will have access to additional information and resources.

I've lost my password!

Do not panic! The password can be reset easily. Visit the login page and click the "Forgot password"- Butten. Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again shortly. If this does not occur successfully, please contact support.

I have registered but can not log in!!

First, check if you entered your user name and password correctly. Did you receive an e-mail with your login? If not, you provided an incorrect e-mail address or it was blocked by a spam filter. In this case contact your system administrator.

How can I search the website?

Enter a search term into the search box on the main page. Access to the search results depending on their type.

Why does my search return no results?

Your search was probably too vague and included many common terms which are not indexed.
