The curve tracer is a test system for analysing the properties of semiconductor devices such as transistors, diodes thyristors and other.The devices under test (DUT) are stressed using the internal current/voltage sources of the curve tracer. The result is present as graphically. The device can be controlled from a PC. The intuitive software allows fast and easy creation of device characteristics in order to search for defects.
